Project Veritas


Project Veritas investigates and exposes corruption, dishonesty, self-dealing, waste, fraud, and other misconduct in both public and private institutions to achieve a more ethical and transparent society. Project Veritas is interested in expanding its litigation presence, including through in-house work, to combat the rising tide of misinformation and defamation in the legacy media. The Director of Litigation/Senior Litigation Counsel is responsible for the management of our litigation case load under the supervision and in collaboration with our Chief Legal Officer. This responsibility includes, among other things, drafting complaints, heavy motion and discovery practice, taking and/or supervising depositions, trials, and appellate work. All applicants must have litigation experience and a strong background in legal advocacy. Ideally, this person will have deep First Amendment or constitutional law expertise. 5-7+ years of litigation experience, ideally with trial experience and an emphasis on discovery and motion practice required.
