Project Veritas investigates and exposes corruption, dishonesty, self-dealing, waste, fraud, and other misconduct in both public and private institutions to achieve a more ethical and transparent society. Project Veritas is interested in expanding its litigation presence, 19 including through in-house work, to combat the rising tide of misinformation and defamation in the legacy media. The Associate Litigation Counsel is responsible for the hands-on litigation of our cases under the supervision and direction of the Director of Litigation and Chief Legal Officer. This responsibility includes, among other things, drafting complaints, heavy motion and discovery practice, taking and/or supervising depositions, trials, and appellate work. 3-5+ years of experience in litigation required, ideally, in relevant areas including defamation law and/or First Amendment/constitutional law.
